Questions and Answers for Mrs. Xiong Here are some fun Questions and Answers about Mrs. Xiong: Q: Where were you born? A: I'm a first generation Hmong-American. I was born in Saginaw, Michigan. Q: What college did you attend? A: My undergraduate work was from Concordia University in Saint Paul, MN.  Although, I started out at the U of Minnesota before making the transfer.  I obtained my Master's Degree from Winona State University.  I recently completed my ELL endorsement at St. Thomas through the district's TQE Fellowship Program. Q: What did you do before coming to Farnsworth? A: In 2005-06, I was a Kindergarten teacher at Crossroads.  Before that job, taught three years as a science prep teacher at Eastern Heights Elementary. Q: What's your favorite food? A: I love PHO. It's white noodle mixed in seasoned soup type of dish. Very popular in the Asian community, especially Vietnamese. Q: What did you want to be growing up? A: Interesting question...
